You deserve to feel better.

About

As a working mother who has treated parents and children for close to 20 years, I understand the struggles to achieving balance, especially when there is a predisposition for mood and anxiety disorders at play. We are also a generation ‘sandwiched’ by raising children and caring for aging parents, causing even greater stress.

Services

I work with a diversity of clients struggling with life transitions, perinatal and postnatal mood and anxiety disorders; parenting and caring for aging parents; anxiety disorders; depression or thoughts of suicide; trauma, grief and loss; sexuality and gender identity questions; educational or occupational difficulties; or questions about how they can feel better or help a loved one. My goal is to provide a nurturing and non-judgemental therapeutic environment where you will feel supported and heard.

Contact

I believe that therapy is ultimately an exercise in improving quality of life.  One accomplishes this by reducing stress, acquiring positive coping strategies, cultivating healthy relationships, and navigating transitions.
